Project Overview

HelloGlow is an aesthetic medicine clinic built around a personal brand and Instagram presence. The clinic needed a dedicated website to give potential patients more information, support bookings and create a new acquisition channel through Google search.

Problem Statement

Most of the clinic's traffic came through Instagram, where potential patients could discover the doctor and get in touch. But without a dedicated website, there was no structured place to present treatments, answer common questions or capture demand from Google.

The goal was to create a clear digital destination that could support the existing Instagram funnel while opening the door to organic search and a more structured booking experience.

Process/Methodology

The project started with a briefing to understand the clinic, its services, target patients and existing customer journey from Instagram to booking. These insights were used to define the website structure, content priorities and key conversion paths.
